It is no accident my logo suggests a GA aircraft having a ball flying circles around the Capital in Washington DC.
For those who know me, you will appreciate the multi-level puns specifically implied.

For years I have had a lot of fun using this newsletter.
I use it to educate and encourage thinking among individuals and government agencies, 
and as an easy way to stay in touch with almost 15,000 friends around the world.
