Subject: Seeking to clarify some confusion.

Morning!
The President’s EXACT words, on the
use of the current security procedures which permit cleared
pilots and aircraft to fly within the Washington TFR, were
“This shall be done.”
For the past two days the Washington
DC airspace has been ‘100% closed’ again, with the date and time
to re-open seemingly shifting randomly. All agencies deny
responsibility.
I, as well as others, am inquiring
as to who exactly is countermanding the President’s position.
