PRESS RELEASE NOVEMBER 3 - 2010

DENIED BY FAA

Proposed Changes to FAA Regulations

I don't suggest there is NO medical risk flying a small private aircraft
Merely that the public safety risk is LOWER than for anyone driving a private automobile

Society accepts the risk of driver incapacitation through the medical requirements for a driver's license
The LESSER risk of flying a small private aircraft should be managed proportionally

Freedom should not be taken away so easily, just because it can
